Shipping is available exclusively within China.

2. SHIPPING COSTS
All orders are delivered free of charge during our promotional periods.
After the promotional period, shipping costs may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
3. DELIVERY TIME
We process and ship orders within 24 hours (on business days).
The regular delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location and shipping provider.
Please note: During high-demand periods (e.g., summer, holidays), slight delays may occur.
4. SHIPPING PROVIDERS AND TRACKING
Shipping is handled by reliable partners such as SF Express, Cainiao, or other domestic providers.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment at any time.
5. UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS
If your package cannot be delivered (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable) and is returned to us, we will contact you via email to coordinate reshipment. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.
6. DAMAGES DURING TRANSPORT
If your package arrives damaged, please document it with photos and contact our customer service within 48 hours:
